Remuneration and benefits

At Goudreau Poirier, the remuneration package has two components: a competitive base salary and a bonus based on performance. Our philosophy with regard to pay is based on the individual effort. Thus, the contribution of the professional of Goudreau Poirier to the efforts of his team will determine the revisions of his remuneration, both in terms of base salary and bonuses.
